Research and Development of Submicron Highly active Phosphate Anti-corrosion Material

Introduction: Submicron highly active phosphate is a compound anti-corrosion paint containing Zn, Al, Mo and phosphate, whose combination will increase the corrosion resistance. Through the regulation of the release speed, the phosphate reactive with Fe on the surface of steel thus form a dense protective layer which has outstanding corrosion resistance and protect the steel well.

Introduction: In the project, precision equipment like LC-MS/MS、ICP-MS and preparative liquid chromatograph are used to study the synthesis, purification, impurity analysis/separation, precise quantification and quality control. It has built an advanced reference material preparation plant and gained the capability of preparing over 10000 kinds of reference materials for different application scenarios including: industrial inspection, pesticide residue detection, veterinary drug residue detection, food detection and environmental detection. Natural extracts is also one of the products.
